A brief description of the events calendar

This events calendar collects all seminars and colloquia of the three sections within the Department of Values, Technology and Innovation (VTI). Any event where all VTI researchers are welcome to join can be posted in this common calendar.

Set-up of the calendar

The calendar has three modes:

· The opening page with the list of upcoming events for the coming month is visible to everyone with internet access.

· IF you are on the TU-Delft network (EDU-VPN or physical network) you can also open event windows with additional information and a link to an ICS file to easily add the event to your own calendar (just click on an event). If a pdf of the paper or presentation is available, you can find it in this event window as well. With this set-up, working papers will not be openly available on the internet.

· Users on our network can also go to the full calendar that shows an overview of all past and future events. For each of these events, the event window can be opened by clicking on the events as well.

How to post an event

All seminar organizers can add and/or edit events in the calendar. If you need to add and/or edit individual events, please contact either the secretariat or the server admin (Sander Renes). If you organize a recurring meeting, they can also give you your own account to add and edit events (they can also reset lost passwords). Please note:

· The login details are used only for the calendar, they are different from your NetID or surfcontext login.

· The login is only available from within the TU delft network (so while you are at the campus or while using a VPN connection with TU Delft when working at home).
